III. Motion to approve the FY 18 Financial Audit presented by Cheryl Williams- Wicks, Brown & Williams CPA Firm (Burnham/Sellers). Unanimous.
IV. Staff Reports 1. OSWCD- None 2. NRCS- Mr. Howard Harrison- District Conservationist presented the annual Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity responsibilities of USDA partners. 3. FDACS- None
V. Adjournment at 8:30am. Supervisor Smith and Burnham, as well as staff left to attend the Association of Florida Conservation District Area IV meeting in Ft. Pierce, FL.
