I. Motion to approve April 8, 2020 Minutes (Rutledge/Smith). Unanimous. Motion passed.

II.Motion to approve Financial Report as presented (Burnham/Smith). Unanimous. Motion passed.

III.Staff Reports

1.OSWCD Program Report- Audrey Kuipers gave report.

2.NRCS Program Report- Howard Harrison gave report.

3.FDACS Program Report- Shelia Shirah gave report.

4.FSA Program Report- no report.

IV.Unfinished Business- None heard.

V.New Business

1.Okeechobee BOCC Budget Hearing Prep- Action Item :Ms. Kuipers will send Power Point Presentation tothe Board to review talking points, after the meeting.

2.FDACS Contract #27007- Ms. Kuipers gave an overview of the proposed project.

3.Motion to appoint Douglas Burnham to fill Seat 4 2021-2024 (Rutledge/Smith). Unanimous. Motionpassed.

4.Motion to enter into three year lease agreement (as presented) with McFarland Real Estate (Burnham/Rutledge). Unanimous. Motion passed.

5.Motion to approve $35,000 SBA Investment Pool transfer into Money Market account for operatingfunds while we are not generate income (Burnham/Rutledge). Unanimous. Motion passed.

1.Okeechobee BOCC Budget Workshop Hearing | July 16, 2020 | 9AM- Supervisor Corona will attend.
