I. Motion to approve March 10, 2021 Minutes (Smith/Rutledge). Motion Passed.

II. Motion to approve Financial Report (Smith/Rutledge). Motion Passed.

III. Staff Reports

1. Howard Harrison gave the NRCS Program Report.
2. Audrey Kuipers and Courtney Murphy gave the OSWCD Program Report.
3. Sheila Kitaif gave an FDACS BMP program update.
4. Audrey Kuipers stated the FSA CFAP 2- Sod sign-up has commenced.

IV. Unfinished Business
1. Howard Harrison gave an update on the NRCS Contribution and Working
Agreement. They are working on securing additional funds to our agreement.

V. New Business
1. Audrey Kuipers shared the FY 20 Annual Report.
2. Service Recognition Award was awarded to Supervisor Rutledge for 20 years of
service (2000-2020).

VI. Upcoming Events

Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
