I.Motion to approve December 9, 2020 Minutes (Smith/Burnham). Motion passed.

II.Motion to approve Financial Report as presented (Smith/Burnham). Motion passed.

III.Staff Reports

1.Audrey Kuipers gave the OSWCD Program Report.

2.Howard Harrison submitted NRCS Program Report.

3.FDACS Program Report- No report

4.Audrey Kuipers gave updates from Jenny Hoover on FSA program.

IV.Unfinished Business

1.Motion to approve trail sign estimate from Pulse Design Inc. for $12,585.00 (Sellers/Burnham). Motion passed.

2.Motion to amend FY 21 Budget Line Item: Educator Grants by $5,500 to$13,000 (Sellers/Burnham). Motion passed

.V.New Business

1.Motion to donate $500 to the National Conservation Foundation (Sellers/Smith). Motion passed.

Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
