I. Motion to approve January 11, 2022 meeting minutes. (Smith/Rutledge). Motion passed.

II. Motion to approve Financial Report as presented. (Smith/Rutledge). Motion passed.

III. Staff Program Reports
1. NRCS- Howard Harrison gave NRCS report (16-EQIP apps, 10-CSP Glades-Okee
combined).
2. OSWCD- Robbi Sumner updated the Board on outreach programs.
3. FDACS- No report
4. FSA- No report

IV. Unfinished Business
1. Staff updated the Board on Senate Bill 1078 and House Bill 783. AFCD has been told
they are not allowed to speak on behalf of the Districts because they receive state
funds. The Board questioned what services are we receiving for the dues we pay to
this association.
