Motion to approve June 9, 2021 Minutes (Sellers/Burnham). Motion passed.
Motion to approve Year-End Financial Report (Burnham/Sellers). Motion passed.
Staff Program Reports:
NRCS- Mr. Harrison gave a report on Farm Bill Programs.
OSWCD- Mrs. Sumner and Kuipers gave a report on OSWCD programs.
FDACS- Ms. Sheila Kitaif gave an overview of the FDACS-OAWP mail out efforts from the time Senate Bill 712 was enacted to present.

New Business
The Board does not wish to negotiate extension and rates with McFarland Real Estate lease currently, but rather wait 90-days prior to expiration.
During discussion on Technician Contract, Ms. Bonnie Wolf-Pelaez stated that the salary increase requested of $20 per hour has been approved. Any merit increase given to Ms. Kitaif prior to this date will not be reimbursed. There is no longer a need to send the draft letter to Director, Chris Petitt. Ms. Pelaez also stated there will be language addition and funds in an amendment to Technician Contract 26236 that can be utilized to offset administrative staff wages. Ms. Kuipers was instructed to follow up with Angela Weeks-Samanie, FDACS Senior Management Analyst.
Motion to approve job description change of Program Manager to District Administrator with a salary increase to be commensurate with the increase in responsibility. Financial impact on the Board is $15,102.74 (Sellers/Burnham). Motion passed.
Motion to approve the FY 22 Proposed Budget after it has posted for 30-days (Sellers/Burnham). Motion passed.
